A few things to think about before you submit your idea:
Does your idea fit at least one of the following criteria?
Does it meet one of our technical requests?
Does it address an unmet consumer need within one of our existing categories?
Is your idea the next breakthrough idea for the confectionery world?
If your idea is to do with packaging, has it been tested, and does it work?
Have you protected your IP?
If not please be sure to protect your idea before you come to us.
This is important for you, as we won’t be able to help you protect your idea unless we decide to take it forward, which may be many weeks or months after you submit it.
Don’t tell us anything confidential that is not protected.
We cannot accept unprotected, confidential submissions.
You may wonder why, well the reason is two fold. The first is we want to make sure that you are protected before you tell us the heart of your idea. Secondly we have a lot of great scientists and engineers who have a lot of great ideas, and we may have developed, or may be developing, the same or similar ideas here . This is important for protecting our IP position as well as yours [and all the more reason for you to protect your valuable IP before contacting us!].
